What days of the week do you deliver flowers in Gulingan?
We deliver from Monday to Saturday. Sunday delivery is not available.
What are your normal delivery hours in Gulingan?
Our local florists usually deliver between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the recipient's time zone.
What is the cutoff time for same-day delivery in Gulingan?
For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 14:30 in the recipient's local time zone. During peak holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and Easter, the cutoff time may be earlier.
Can short-notice changes be guaranteed?
No. Short-notice changes to address, recipient details, or card messages cannot always be guaranteed and may result in cancellation if the order cannot be adjusted in time.
Can flowers be delivered later than the selected date during busy periods?
During peak flower periods, deliveries may sometimes be completed later than the requested date because of high order volume and logistical limitations. The florist will aim to deliver as soon as possible.
Is the recipient’s phone number required for delivery in Gulingan?
A local phone number is strongly recommended and may be required in some cases. It helps the florist arrange delivery if there are address issues or access problems.
Can flowers be delivered directly to a hospital room?
Direct room delivery is not always allowed. Many hospitals require flowers to be left at reception, the ward desk, or another designated area.
Can cake delivery be refunded if delivery is unsuccessful?
Because cakes are perishable and made to order, refunds may not be available if the delivery attempt is unsuccessful after the cake has been prepared and sent for delivery.
Should I order earlier for Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day?
Yes. During major flower holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, Easter, and International Women’s Day, it is strongly recommended to order as early as possible.
